I read for a Master of Science in Human Resources Management (MS/HRM), which allowed me to write research papers at the graduate level. I bring this expertise in academic writing and research to writing for B2B and other companies.

I spent many years working in Human Resources Development (HRD). This exposed me to best practices in HRD policies, including High-Impact Hiring, Personnel/Human Resource Management, and Superior Customer Service. Values geared to foster staff retention and repeat business from customers. I will translate this experience into persuasive and compelling copywriting articles that I will be preparing for you.

I introduced PowerPoint to the staff of a government ministry, where I also prepared and delivered PowerPoint presentations during staff training.
